The North Carolina Professional Appraisers Coalition (NCPAC) was organized for the purpose of serving and protecting the collective interests of all professional appraisers in North Carolina.  The Southeast Chapter of NCPAC is the local chapter for Southeastern North Carolina.  The Southeast Chapter is in place to give appraisers in Southeast North Carolian a voice in what is happening in the appraisal profession.  If you are an appraiser in the the greater Wilmington area and are not yet a member, we urge you to become involved with the local Chapter. The more appraisers that are involved, the louder our voice will be heard.  Please feel free to contact any of the officers listed above for information regarding our local chapter.  Annual dues are $60 and many members have said, it is the best $60 they ever spent.

If you are already a member of our Chapter, please feel free to contact us if you have a topic you would like to discuss at our next meeting.  Please encourage other appraisers who are not members to become involved.  Meetings dates and times will be announced via e-mail and posted on this website.
