Structure
The "Committee of 100" consists of one appraiser
member from each NC County. The NCPAC board of directors
will select the members of the "Committee of 100"
annually, prior to its annual general membership meeting.
Responsibilities
The "Committee of 100" will nominate all
candidates for membership on the NCPAC board of directors
and for positions as officers of the NCPAC. No one shall
be elected or serve as a member of the board of directors
or as an officer of the NCPAC unless they have been
nominated to that position by the "Committee of
100".
Each member of the "Committee of 100" shall
submit regular periodic reports to the NCPAC regarding
appraiser or appraisal related issues concerning their
County. The periodic reports submitted by "Committee
of 100" members will be made available to all members
of the NCPAC.
Each member of the "Committee of 100" shall
serve as liaison between the NCPAC and the citizens
of their own County.
