Structure

The "Peer Assistance/Review Committee" consists of ___ volunteer NCPAC members. (Number of members on this committee will be determined at first general membership meeting).

Responsibilities

This committee will serve a dual purpose. First: members of this committee will be available to any NCPAC member seeking advice (on a confidential and unofficial, and non-binding basis) regarding appraisal practice, appraisal complaints, and disciplinary hearing matters. Second: members of this committee will be available to receive complaints regarding appraisal practice and will make recommendations for appropriate action/response to the NCPAC Board of Directors.
